Our aim is to provide the best shopping experience to our customers so we try to ship the product in the next working day of your order. We use Aramex company to ship our products which deliver your order between 2-5 working days to any city inside Saudi Arabia.If you are outside KSA and you want to make an order, please contact us via email or what’s app so we can arrange it for you.

Return & Exchange

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide FREE exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us within 356 days if the following conditions are met :

All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole
Originals receipts would need to be included
You will be refunded within 10 days of receiving the returned shipment.
You will not be refunded the shipping amount or the (COD) charge.
If you exchange an item for any other. We will cover the return fee but you will be responsible for re-shipping.
